    Anvil Trail

The American Pomeroys

American Pomeroy Historic Genealogical Association was founded by Bill Pomeroy of Syracuse, NY, in order to provide an organization to communicate and collaborate family information regarding the descendants of Eltweed Pomeroy. The genesis of this work began with Albert A. Pomeroy’s three-part series, The History and Genealogy of the Pomeroy Family, published in 1912 and 1922, and the gathering, analyzing, and preserving of history, primary sources, and more continues as new databases of records become available.
