Mary Ann Coe, Wife of Benjamin Junkins

It is unknown whether Mary Ann (Coe) Pomeroy legally married Benjamin Junkins or whether their relationship was commonlaw. We have not been able to find any marriage records for the couple in Huron Co, OH. It is possible that the couple married out of town, as Mary Ann's divorce petitions were printed in the local paper. Benjamin had a brother Adam who lived in Harrison County, OH. We wonder whether the couple may have married there, where no-one knew Mary Ann's marital status. A search of Harrison County records has not provided any further information to date.
